About Birchrest Homes

Owner Steve Kowalik started in the building industry at a very early age working with his father building custom homes and townhouses.  He established Birchcrest Homes, Inc. in August 1983 and has been building in the Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho area ever since.  Over the years his projects have ranged in size from 1,200 square foot studios to 10,000 square foot estates, small commercial projects and a wide array of remodels and additions.  He takes great pride in continuing his father�s legacy of precision craftsmanship, personalized service and exceptional quality.

About Erin Mulhern Designs

Erin Mulhern joined the Birchcest team as an interior designer several years ago in an effort to expand and enhance the services offered by Birchcrest Homes.  She works closely with the clients, helping to interpret and communicate their design goals to the construction team. Erin collaborates with Birchcrest Homes on various projects and is also available to work independently on new construction, residential remodels, and small commercial projects.  Erin enjoys creating distinctive environments to inspire and enhance her client's lives.
